Air showers Air Showers are self contained Air Chambers present at the entry of any Complex or Room. This prevents Dust, flies or other Contaminants from entering the Room. The Compact Air Chambers that we provide have the following Specifications: Available in Mild Steel Sheets, Galvanized Sheets, Stainless Steel Sheets and Commercial Block Board Are Equipped with HEPA filters to trap even the smallest microns of Dust.o Have minimum Noise and Vibration 99.97% Performance Efficiency Available in standard Sizes and colors.

Air showers are installed to guard clean room environment i.e. free from unnecessary contamination, lint, dirt, dust and so on using HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) Filters. The Garments in a room i.e. curtains, mats contaminate during gowning & ungowning or because of high rush in the change room. The contamination problem may increase when the same garment is worn / removed several times. The usage of Air shower may definitely curb this contamination from being carried on to the clean room.

The product is specially designed for HEPA Filter, 0.3 micron 99.97% efficiency. It has almost no dust collection points and provides zero vibration operation for the manufacturing process. It is flexible to suit end user requirement and has interlocking of doors using micro processors. It is accessible in mild steels sheets, galvanized sheets, stainless steel sheets and commercial block board with laminates and available in all sizes to suit customer requirement.
